'Pizza' Quick Score Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 4 - English muffins (halved)
  • 1 - cup Pizza Quick Sauce
  • 1 - cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 3 oz.)
  • 1/3 - cup finely chopped onion (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Arrange muffin halves on baking sheet.
  • Evenly spread Sauce on each half, then evenly top with cheese and onions.
  • Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
