Deli Cheese Chipotle Melt
Chipotle chile peppers add
a great flavor to this crowd-pleasing sandwich.

Broiling time: 2 min.
1 (16-ounce) loaf French
1 Tablespoon chopped
peppers in adobo sauce
16 ounces sliced deli
8 slices crisply cooked thick smoked
8 (3/4-ounce) slices Deli
Heat broiler. Place bread halves onto
ungreased baking sheet.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat until
bread is lightly toasted (1 to 2 minutes).
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and
Chipotle chiles in adobo sauce until well mixed. Spread Chipotle mayonnaise onto
toasted-sides of bread.
To assemble sandwiches, layer bottom
half of bread with turkey, bacon and cheese. Broil bottom half only, 4 to 6 inches
from heat, until cheese begins to melt (1 to 2 minutes).
Top with tomatoes, lettuce and toasted
top half of bread. Cut into 8 sandwiches.
