Melted Gorgonzola Waldorf Sandwiches

- 1 - pound boneless skinless
chicken breasts, cooked, chopped
- 1 - cup each green and red seedless
- 1/2 - cup Crumbled
- 1/2 - cup
Walnut Pieces, toasted
- 1 -
- 4 -
green onions, sliced
- 1 - Tablespoon
- 6 - whole grain rolls, split
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium-mixing bowl, add chicken, grapes, gorgonzola,
walnuts, apple, onion and lemon juice.
Fill rolls with chicken mixture
Place on cookie sheet. Bake at for 5 minutes or until cheese
