Simple Bacon and Tomato Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:
- 8 - slices whole wheat or multi-grain bread
- 4 - Tablespoons butter, softened
- 8 - slices (3/4-ounce) Deli American Cheese
- 8 - thin slices tomato, patted dry
- 12 to 16 - spinach leaves, if desired*
- 8 - slices crisply cooked bacon
Directions:
- Spread 1 side of each bread slice with 1/2
tablespoon butter.
- To make sandwiches, layer 1 slice cheese, 2
slices tomato, 2 slices bacon, 3 to 4 spinach leaves and 1 slice
cheese onto each of 4 slices bread, buttered-side down.
- Top with remaining bread slices,
buttered-side up.
- Heat 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
- Place 1 sandwich into skillet.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once,
until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
*Substitute fresh basil leaves.
