Mozzarella-Mushroom MeltsPrep Time: 5 min.
Cooking Time: 12 min.

Ingredients

  • 4 - Portobello mushrooms (4 oz. each), stems removed
  • 4 - plum tomatoes (3 oz. each), cut in half lengthwise, seeded
  • 1/2 - cup Italian Dressing
  • 4 - Italian bread rolls, partially split
  • 1/2 - cup pesto
  • 4 - Kraft 2% Milk Mozzarella Singles

Directions

Preheat grill to medium heat.

  1. Place mushrooms, cap-sides up, on grate of grill.
  2. Brush with about half of the dressing; grill 6 min.
  3. Turn mushrooms over.
  4. Add tomatoes to the grill.
  5. Cook 3 to 5 min. or until mushrooms are tender and tomatoes are heated through, turning tomatoes after 3 min.
  6. Spread cut sides of rolls with pesto.
  7. Fill evenly with mushrooms, tomatoes and 2% Milk Singles.
