Blueberry Chicken Salad Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
- 2 - cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/4 - cup diced celery
- 1/4 - cups blueberries
- 3 - Tablespoons reduced-fat red raspberry
vinaigrette
- 1 - Tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted
- 10 - slice Apple Pomegranate Fruit & Grain bread
- Fresh baby spinach or arugula leaves
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, stir the chicken, celery,
blueberries, vinaigrette and almonds.
- Divide the chicken mixture among 5 bread slices.
- Top with the spinach and remaining bread slices.
