Debi’s Favorite Chicken Salad Sandwich

Makes 4 servings
Prep Time: 5 min

Ingredients

• 2 - cup shredded cooked chicken
• 1 - cup sliced celery
• 2 - Tablespoons Mayonnaise
• 2 - Tablespoons Sour Cream
• 4 - sandwich rolls, your choice

Directions

1. In a small bowl, mix chicken, celery, mayo and sour cream.
2. Spoon chicken salad on a sandwich rolls.

Picnicking or Tailgating

You want to wrap each sandwich in plastic wrap, place in a plastic container and keep in ice chest.  At the picnic or tailgate site, take out of ice chest just before serving.
