Veggie CalzonePrep Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: 30 min.

Ingredients

  • 1 - can (13.8 ounces) refrigerated pizza crusts
  • 1/4 - cup pizza sauce
  • 1 - package (8 ounces) Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3/4 - cup chopped assorted fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots and green peppers)
  • 1/4 - cup Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 - degrees F.

  1. Unroll 1 of the pizza crusts onto baking sheet.
  2. Gently pat out crust to 12x10-inch rectangle; spread evenly with the pizza sauce to within 1 inch of edges of crust.
  3. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese, the vegetables and remaining mozzarella cheese.
  4. Reserve 1 Tablespoon of the Parmesan cheese; sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over mozzarella cheese.
  5. Top with second pizza crust; crimp edges with fork to seal.
  6. Sprinkle with the reserved Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake 25 to 30 min. or until golden brown.
  8. Let stand 5 min. before cutting into 8 pieces to serve.
