Beef-Egg Scramble Burger
Makes 4 sandwiches
Ingredients
-
1/4 - pound ground beef
-
1/4 - cup onion, chopped
-
2 - Tablespoons green bell
pepper, chopped
-
1/2 - teaspoon salt
-
1/8 - teaspoon pepper
-
3 - eggs
-
1-1/2 - Tablespoons water
-
4 - hamburger buns, split and toasted
Directions
-
In a skillet, brown the ground beef.
-
Stir in the onion,
bell pepper, slat and pepper until onion is tender.
-
In a
small bowl, blend the eggs and water.
-
Pour egg mixture
over the meat.
-
Reduce heat to low and cook until eggs set.
-
Lift the eggs and turn over to cook eggs evenly.

Place on
buns and serve.
