Hearty Bacon-Sprouts Breakfast
Prep time: 10 min.
- 2 - slices Wheat Bread
- Chutney Mayonnaise (see recipe below)
- 1 - slice Provolone Cheese
- 1 - Egg cooked over-medium
- 3 - strips Premium Regular Smoked Bacon or
Premium Applewood Bacon microwaved crisp
- 2 - slices medium-sized Tomatoes
- 1/2 - cup Spicy Sprouts
- Toast bread, spread both slices with chutney
- Top with cheese, egg, bacon, tomato and spicy
- 1/2 - cup Mango Chutney
- 1 - cup Mayonnaise
- Chop chutney into small pieces, add to
- Mix well and store in refrigerator.
