Cheesy Chive Egg Sandwich
 Makes
4 serving
Prep Time: 5 min.
Total Time: 10 min.
Ingredients:
- 8 - eggs, beaten
- 4 - Tablespoon Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
- 4 - English muffin, split, toasted
- 4 - cheese Singles
Directions:
- In small skillet on medium heat, cook eggs until set, stirring
occasionally.
- Add cream cheese spread.
- Cook until cream cheese spread is completely melted and mixture
is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Spoon egg mixture onto 1 of the muffin halves
- Top with Singles and remaining muffin half.
