Bacon and Blue Cheese Bagels
Makes 20 servings
Ingredients:
- 12 - slices Fully Cooked Premium Precooked Bacon, heated
according to package directions and finely chopped
- 20 - miniature bagels, split
- 1 - cup crumbled blue cheese
- 4 - Tablespoons sour cream
- 1/4 - cup finely chopped red onion
Directions:
Preheat broiler.
- Place split bagels cut side up on a baking sheet or broiler
rack; toast under broiler 1-2 minutes or until golden
brown.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream and
onion; stir well.
- Spread each bagel half with 1 tablespoon cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with bacon.
- Broil 5 inches from heat for about 2 minutes, or until cheese
is bubbly.
