Bacon and Blue Cheese Bagels

Ingredients:

  •  12  slices Fully Cooked Premium Precooked Bacon, heated according to package directions and finely chopped

  •  20  miniature bagels, split

  •    1  cup crumbled blue cheese

  •    4  Tablespoons sour cream

  • 1/4  cup finely chopped red onion

Directions:

Preheat broiler. 

  1. Place split bagels cut side up on a baking sheet or broiler rack; toast under broiler 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. 

  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream and onion; stir well. 

  3. Spread each bagel half with 1 tablespoon cheese mixture. Sprinkle with bacon.  Broil 5 inches from heat for about 2 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
