Barbecue Beef Sandwich 2

Makes 2 servings

Prep Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: 10 min.

Ingredients Sandwich Recipes from AlansKitchen.com

  • 1/2 pound ground beef

  • 1/3 cup tomato puree

  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped

  •    2 Tablespoons vinegar

  •    2 teaspoon sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

  •    1 dash pepper

  •    2 Hamburger rolls

Directions:

  1. Cook beef until lightly browned.  Drain fat.  Mix in tomato puree, onion, vinegar, sugar, dry mustard and pepper.

  2. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes to blend flavors.  Stir occasionally.

  3. Spoon mixture onto bottom halves of rolls (about 1/2 cup per sandwich).  Cover with top halves.
