Roast Beef Croissants

Ingredients
- 4 mini-croissants
- Arugala or Radicchio leaves
- 8 ounces Sliced Roast Beef
- 2 ounces horseradish sauce
- Sliced olives, green onions, radishes, pimento,
capers
Directions
- Slice croissant in half lengthwise, but not all
the way through.
- Add Arugala or Radicchio.
- Add roast beef.
- Top with dab of horseradish sauce or seasoned
creamy cheese.
- Garnish with sliced olives, green onions,
pimentos or capers.
