Wild West Sandwiches

Cooking Time: 10 min.

Ingredients:

  •    2  packages Refrigerated Fully Cooked Seasoned Steak Strips or 2-1/2 - cups Seasoned Beef Strips (Boxed)

  • 1/2  cup bottled barbecue sauce

  •    4  Tablespoons green chiles, chopped, canned

  •    4  sandwich buns, split and toasted

  •    4  slices Monterey Jack cheese

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan over low heat, add steak strips, barbecue sauce and chilies. Cook and stir until thoroughly heated, about 10 minutes.

  2. Spoon meat and sauce onto toasted buns.

  3. Top with cheese.  Refrigerate leftovers.
