Makes 2-1/4 cups
- shallots, chopped
- cups sour cream
- teaspoon salt
- teaspoon parsley
1 - teaspoon
- Into a blender, add
the shallots, cover and chop for 3 seconds.
- Next, add in the sour cream, salt, and parsley and using the stir
speed for 10 seconds and increase speed to Mix for 20 seconds.
- Pour into a bowl,
wrap with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
- Great with Rye Bread.
Or, use your favorite chips.
Pour into a plastic container and close lid.
Place in ice chest until you reach your picnic or tailgate location. Just pour into a paper or plastic bowl and enjoy.
