Alan's Garden Salsa
Great way to use our tomatoes and hot peppers out of
Time: 10 min.
1 - 2 cups chopped fresh
(depending on how hot you like it)
jalapeno pepper, chopped finely
banana pepper, chopped finely
Lots of fresh
cilantro from garden (Also you can use the green coriander
seeds from the cilantro plant)
Salsa Recipe Directions:
1) In a medium bowl, add tomatoes, onion, jalapeno
pepper, banana pepper, and cilantro.
2) Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator
for 1 hour.
Eat it over beans.
Over rice. My personal favorite is in big heaps on top of a baked
