- cup lemon juice
- Tablespoons parsley
- Tablespoons olive oil
- cups cooked garbanzo beans
- cup water
teaspoon powdered red pepper
Into a blender jar,
pour in the lemon juice and add the garlic, parsley, olive oil, garbanzo
beans, water, red pepper, salt, and pepper.
Cover and blend at
medium or chop speed 1–minute or until mixture is smooth.
To finish, blend a 3 seconds at high speed or whip speed.
Just take jar from refrigerator and place in ice
chest. At the picnic or tailgate site, just pour into a paper or
plastic bowl and serve.
