Chopped BBQ Chicken Salad
4 serving (about 3-1/2 cups each)
Prep Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: Up to 10 min.
Salad Recipe Directions:
1) Microwave chicken breast
according to package directions; keep warm and set aside.
2) Place lettuce on plate
sprinkle with corn, cheese and tomatoes.
3) Cut chicken breast into
slices and place on top of salad.
4) Drizzle barbecue sauce
directly over chicken and salad.
5) Finish by drizzling
dressing over salad only. Garnish with tortilla chips.
6) Serve immediately.
