- pound lump crab meat
cups celery, chopped
teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
dash Tabasco sauce
- cup mayonnaise
- tomato, sliced
hard-boiled eggs, quartered
In a salad bowl,
mix the crab, celery, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, and mayonnaise.
(Take care not to bread the crab lumps.)
Take lettuce, place
in salad plates, and spoon on crab mixture.
Garnish with tomato and eggs.
Place the chilled salad in a plastic container and place
in your ice chest for storage until getting to the picnic.
