Green Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing
Makes 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients
Directions

Wash, dry and tear lettuce into small
pieces and store in plastic storage bag until ready to use.

In a small mixing
bowl, put oil, vinegar, blue cheese, salt, and
pepper and mix well.

You
want to mash the cheese into the dressing.

When ready to serve, add the romaine and
chicory to a salad bowl.

Pour over the dressing and toss.
You can prepare the dressing a day or two ahead.
Store in glass jar and place in ice chest before leaving. Also, the
lettuce and chicory and be stored in separate plastic storage bags and
placed in ice chest.
When you arrive at
your site, combine the lettuce, chicory, dressing, and serve.
