Tossed Turkey Waldorf Salad

Prep time: 40 min.
Chilling time: 30 min.


  • 2 - cups cooked turkey, cubed
  • 1 - cup celery, diced
  • 1 - cup red apple, cubed
  • 1 - cup green apple, cubed
  • 1/2 - cup Golden raisins and or dried cherries or cranberries
  • 1/4 - cup Minced green onions or chives
  • 1/2 - cup Ranch Light Dressing
  • 2 - teaspoons Fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 2 - teaspoons Honey
  • Butter lettuce
  • Garnish: Candied, glazed, or honey roasted nuts


  1. In a bowl, add turkey, celery, apples, raisins, and green onion. Toss together.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing, juice and honey.
  3. Coat the salad ingredients with the dressing mixture.
  4. Pile on a bed of butter lettuce.
  5. For best results, chill before serving.
  6. Just before serving, sprinkle with nuts.
