Ingredients

Tablespoons olive or vegetable oil

Tablespoon red wine vinegar

Dijon-style mustard
- 1/4 -
teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 2 - medium
pears, sliced 1/4 inch
- 2 -
Tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts
Directions
- In a medium
bowl, stir together oil, vinegar, mustard and
pepper.
- Add pears, blue
cheese, parsley, and walnuts and toss to coat.
