Cooking Time: 30 minutes-one hour

Ingredients

  • 1 - cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 4 - chives, finely sliced
  • salt, to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 - package (10 ounces) frozen green peas, thawed
  • 2 - cups cooked ham steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 - scallions, finely diced
  • 2 - large stalks celery, finely diced
  • 1 - pound uncooked dry small shell pasta

Directions

  1. In large bowl, you want to whisk together yogurt, chives, salt, and pepper.
  2. Now, add peas, ham, scallions, and celery.
  3. Then cook pasta according to package directions, drain and add it hot to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Finally, toss gently and serve warm.
