Chipotle and Tomatillo Salsa
Salsa Recipe Directions:
In a medium bowl,
combine Tomatillo, chiles, onion, cilantro, lemon juice, lemon
zest, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Cover and refrigerate, at least 1
hour and better a day or two, to allow the flavors to mix.
Alan's Kitchen Tip:
Pour the salsa in a plastic container and close lid. Place the salsa
container in ice chest until you arrive at your picnic and tailgate site.
Pour into a plastic or paper bowl and enjoy.
