Hurry-Up Potato Salad

Chill Time: 1 hr.
1) Heat 1 inch water (salted if desired) to boiling
in 4-quart saucepan.
2) Add potatoes. Cover and heat to boiling; reduce

sour cream, mayonnaise or salad dressing, curry powder, salt,
mustard, and eggs. Fold in potatoes.
