1 - pound lean ground
1 - cup chopped red
1 - large (1 cup)
1/2 - cup sliced fresh
1 - (24-ounce) jar thick-style pasta sauce
1 - (2 1/4-ounce) can sliced pitted ripe
10 - (3/4-ounce) slices Deli

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Combine ground beef, bell
pepper and onion, in a 12-inch skillet.
Cook over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring
occasionally, until onion is softened and beef is browned.
Drain off fat. Stir in mushrooms, pasta sauce and
olives. Spoon mixture into ungreased 13x9-inch baking

*Substitute 8 ounces sliced pepperoni. Do
not cook pepperoni; add with mushrooms.
