Additionally, the covered concert stage is an inviting
structure for numerous activities. The rolling 20 acres is full of

Tuscarora Creek, used for trout fishing and wading.

during public hours and private rentals from Memorial Day weekend
through Labor Day. Parks & Recreation offers its swim lessons program
at this facility each summer with over 1,200 registrations per summer.
Other events include a 12 week summer concert series free to the
public and a six week summer playground site for children 6-12 years
Special events include annual Memorial Day Program, June
Jubilee, July Fourth Celebration and Labor Day Breakfast.
house multi-purpose building is home to the Berkeley County Board of
Education Preschool program during the school year.

public park in 1947 and in 1987 was deeded to the City of Martinsburg
to be maintained by the Martinsburg-Berkeley County Parks and
