Man's Dinner I
- 2 - quarts thin soup
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- 1/2 - teaspoon salt
- 2 - cups mashed potatoes
- 2 - slices bread, soaked in milk
- 2 - Tablespoons flour
Pour your basic soup stock into
a stockpot at moderate heat. Bring to a boil.
In a mixing bowl, combine the
eggs, salt, and mashed potatoes.
Lightly press the milk from the
bread and add to the mashed potato mixture. Add the flour to make a soft
Blend the mixture and with a
spoon, drop into the soup. Tightly cover stockpot and cook
10 to 15 minutes.
