Dutch Pepperpot with
In a mixing bowl, add
the eggs and sift in flour and salt. Blend.
Roll out lightly on a
floured board, until very thin.
Cut into squares and let dry on
cloth for an hour.
In stockpot, add beef, cover with water, and cook
for 45 minutes or until tender.
Add the pepper, onion, and potatoes
and continue cooking 30 minutes.
Add noodles to the soup and simmer
15 minutes or until the noodles are thoroughly cooked.
