Apple Stuffing

Pennsylvania Dutch Cooking from AlansKitchen.comIngredients:

  • 3 - cups bread, diced

  • 3/4 - cup butter, melted

  • 1 - Tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 - teaspoon salt

  • 1 - cup sour apples, cored and chopped

  • 1 - teaspoon mint, chopped


  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the bread, butter, and lemon juice. 

  2. If you need to moisten, add a little water. 

  3. Into the bowl, add the salt, apples, mint, and mix.
