Ingredients:
Directions:

In a
mixing
bowl, mix lard with boiling water, beat
together until cool. Chill.

Sift baking powder and salt with the
flour and resift into the lard-and-water mixture. Combine all ingredients into dough and
form into a ball.

Cover and leave overnight in
refrigerator. Roll out on floured board.
