Stuffed Eggs

Makes 3 or 4 servings. Pennsylvania Dutch Cooking from AlansKitchen.com

Ingredients

  • 6 - hard-boiled eggs, shelled
  • 1/4 - teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 - teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1/4 - teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 - teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 - teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Slice the eggs lengthwise and remove the yolks.  In a mixing bowl, crumble yolks and mix with mustard, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. 

  2. Stuff egg whites with yolk mixture.  Dust the tops with paprika.
