Scrambled Eggs with Ham
Makes 3 or 4 servings.
- 2 - Tablespoon butter
- 1/2 - pound ham, diced
- 6 - eggs
- 1/2 - teaspoon salt
- 1/4 - teaspoon pepper
In a skillet at moderate heat, melt
butter. Add the diced ham.
In a mixing bowl, add the eggs and beat.
Pour eggs over the ham.
Reduce heat to low and stir eggs and ham
together. Season the egg and ham mixture with the salt and pepper.
