Aunt Betty's Bran Muffins

Ingredients:
- 1 cup bran
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (optional)
- 1 cup raisins
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 Tablespoons
molasses
- 1 teaspoon
vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. and grease muffin
pan.
- In a large bowl, combine, bran, whole wheat
four, wheat germ, sunflower seeds, raisins, and baking powder.
- In a medium bowl, combine egg, milk, oil,
molasses, and vanilla.
- Pour milk mixture over dry ingredients,
mixing only till moistened.
- Fill muffin pan about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
