California Burger
Sandwich Recipes from AlansKitchen.comMakes 4 sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 4 - hamburger patties (4 ounces each)

  • 4 - hamburger buns

  • 4 - pats butter

  • 8 - teaspoons mayonnaise

  • 4 - lettuce leaves

  • 4 - slices onion

  • 4 - slices tomato

Directions

  1. Either using a pan or grill, cook the hamburger to desired doneness. 

  2. While the burger is cooking, prepare the bun. 

  3. On the bottom half, spread the butter.

  4. On the top half, spread the mayonnaise. 

  5. Place the two halves side by side on the plate. 

  6. Next, on the top half, place the lettuce, onion, and tomato. 

  7. When the burger is cooked, place it on the bottom half of the bun.
