Harvard Beets
Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

• 1 – can (16 ounces) beets with juice

• 1/4 - cup water

• 2 – Tablespoon butter

• 1 – Tablespoon cornstarch

• 1 – Tablespoon sugar

• 1/4 - cup vinegar

Directions:

1. In a saucepan, add beets, water, butter, cornstarch, sugar, and vinegar.  

2. Over a low heat, cook 15 to 20 minutes until thickened.
