Grilled Green Chile Steak - Santa Fe Style

Ingredients: Sauce: olive oil, medium onion (finely chopped), cans chopped green chiles, (4 ounces), Mexico oregano, cilantro, ground pepper, and Chipotle sauce. Large mushrooms, butter, (about 8 ounces each) sirloin steaks (also 2 16 ounces steaks are fine, just cut in half), and Kosher salt.
