First and ten, do it again.  That's what everyone will say with this recipe.  For the Chile Paste: ancho chiles, Mexican dried chiles, chicken broth, white onion, garlic, and Chipotle chiles.  Chipotle BarBQ Sauce is made with vegetable oil,  yellow onion, garlic, ketchup, Chipotle red chile paste, brown sugar, dark brown mustard, kosher salt, cider vinegar, coffee, Worcestershire Sauce, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.  Lastly is rib-eye steaks (about 8-10 ounces each).
