before the Labor Day Weekend and another long weekend and the unofficial
start of fall. However, with schools starting earlier and earlier,
Labor Day and the start of fall is becoming less and less. Our menu begins:
Barbecue & Grilling - Hot Dog,
Pizza, or Fun
Prosciutto and Pineapple Pizza
Ingredients: pizza dough: active dry
yeast, sugar, olive oil, and all-purpose flour. Pizza toppings:
tomatoes, garlic, dried basil, pepper, thin sliced Prosciutto,
pineapple, and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Verde Shredded Pork and Roasted Onion Chili
Ingredients: red onions, toasted
ancho chile, chicken broth, peanut oil, jalapeno, poblano chile, garlic,
cooked shredded pork, salt, freshly ground pepper, tomato paste, cumin
seed, dried Mexican oregano, corn flour, fresh lime juice, water, sour
cream, and flour tortillas (6-inch).

Ingredients: dried white bean, �country� ham bone, water,
mashed potatoes, onions, celery with leaves, clove garlic, parsley,
salt, and pepper.

Ingredients: Deli corned beef, onion,
sauerkraut, mayonnaise or salad dressing, prepared horseradish, Swiss
cheese, and marble rye bread or any other type of rye bread.
