Grilled Chicken Salad with Macadamia Nuts
Ingredients: Marinade: soy sauce, grated fresh ginger,
rice vinegar, cloves finely chopped garlic, water, and Splenda®.
Salad: skinless - boneless chicken breasts, sliced celery,
chopped red pepper, large leaves green curly leaf lettuce, and
coarsely chopped toasted macadamia nuts (saving some for garnish).
Dressing: mayonnaise, macadamia nut oil, fresh lime juice, salt,
