- 8 - ounces (2 1/3 cups) uncooked dried
- 1 - pound lean ground
- 1 1/2 - cups
Half & Half or milk
- 16 - slices (3/4-ounce) Deli
Cheese, cut into quarters
- 2 - Tablespoons
- 1 - Tablespoon yellow
- 2 - Tablespoons finely chopped pickle
- 2 - Tablespoons finely chopped
according to package directions. Drain. In a 12-inch skillet cook
ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat. Set aside.
In a 3-quart
saucepan, combine half & half, cheese, ketchup and mustard. Cook
over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until
cheese is melted.
Stir in cooked
pasta, ground beef mixture, pickle and onion. Continue cooking for
3 to 4 minutes, until heated through. Let stand 5 minutes before
