Milwaukee Beer Soup

Cooking Time: 15 min.


  • 2      cups beer
  • 1      cup water
  • 1      teaspoon salt
  • 1/2   teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 2      eggs, separated
  • 1      Tablespoon flour
  • 1      cup milk
  •         Toast


  1. Into your large saucepan, add beer, water, salt, and pepper.
  2. Beat the egg yolks with the flour, milk and stir until smooth.
  3. Stir the egg mixture into the hot beer mixture and bring back to a boil.
  4. Beat the egg whites, fold into the soup and serve hot with toast.
