New Cuban Ham and Cheese Sandwich

Prep Time: 15 min.


  • 1 - soft French or Hawaiian roll
  • 1 - Tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 - slice Swiss cheese
  • 2 - Canadian bacon slices
  • 1 - slice Provolone cheese
  • 2 - Farm Fresh & Tender ham slices or Country Carved deli thin slices
  • 2 - bread and butter pickle slices (long sandwich slices)
  • 1 - Teaspoon butter, melted


  1. Cut roll in half.  Spread cut sides of roll with mustard.  Layer Swiss cheese, Canadian bacon, Provolone, ham and pickle slices between roll halves.

  2. Heat sandwich press or nonstick skillet. Brush top and bottom of sandwich lightly with butter; cook in sandwich press about 4 minutes or until bread is crispy and cheese begins to melt.

  3. If using a non-stick skillet, cook over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side, pressing down on bread with spatula while cooking.
