Macaroni Pie

Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound macaroni, straight
or elbow
- 1 teaspoon
salt
- 1
Tablespoon butter
- 1 egg, well
beaten
- 1 teaspoon
dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon
pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 cups
grated cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. and butter
baking dish.
- In a pot, boil macaroni in salted water
until tender.
- Drain and stir in the butter and egg.
- In a bowl, mix the mustard, pepper, and
cayenne with a Tablespoon of hot water and add to the
macaroni. Add the cheese and milk.
- Mix thoroughly and spoon into baking
dish.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until cheese
is melted and macaroni is golden on top.
