- 1 pound
creamed cottage cheese, or ricotta
- 3/4 cup flour
- 4 eggs,
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- In a bowl, mix cheese, flour, eggs, and
salt. Mix until smooth.
- Wet hands and form cheese-flour mixture
- Drop them into a pot of salted boiling
water and cook for 20 minutes. Drain.
- In a skillet, browns crumbs lightly in
