Beef with Onions

Ingredients:
Directions:

In a
stock pot,
melt butter and add onions. You
want to saute the onions quickly.

Add
flour and blend smoothly, simmer gently, thinning with stock and vinegar.

Next, add the salt and pepper and bring to a boil.

Add beef, and
reduce heat to simmer.

Cook for
1 hour or until the meat tender.
This recipe can be made a day or two ahead.
Before leaving the house, heat (on stove or in microwave) and pour
into a thermal container. When
you get to the picnic or tailgate site, it should be nice and hot.
