  •    3  large onions, finely chopped
  •    2  Tablespoons flour
  •    2  cups beef stock

  •    1  teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2  teaspoon freshly ground pepper

  4. Add beef, and reduce heat to simmer.

  5. Cook for 1 hour or until the meat tender.

Picnicking & Tailgating:

This recipe can be made a day or two ahead.  Before leaving the house, heat (on stove or in microwave) and pour into a thermal container.  When you get to the picnic or tailgate site, it should be nice and hot.  Enjoy this recipe.
