Heart Chicken Breast
Makes 2 or 3 servings.
tablespoons olive oil
chicken breast, halved, skinned and boned
teaspoon "Salt-Free" Salt
tablespoons lemon juice
In a skillet, heat
the oil over moderate to high heat.
Place in the chicken breast and
season with "Salt-Free" Salt.
chicken for about 4 minutes on each side.
Add the lemon juice, and
Turn the chicken in the sauce, and then add the parsley.
This can be made ahead of time. Just
before leaving the house, heat on top or stove or in microwave and place in
a thermal container. When you are ready to eat, it should be still
nice and hot.
