Citrus Glazed Turkey Breast
Makes 3/4 cup of glaze.

Ingredients

6 - pounds turkey breast

1/4 - cup orange juice concentrate, thawed

1/4 - cup lemon juice

2 - tablespoons honey

1 - teaspoon salt

1/2 - teaspoon lemon peel, shredded

2 - tablespoons bottled French-style dressing

Directions

  • Roast turkey breast according to package directions.  
  • In a bowl, mix the orange juice, lemon juice, honey, salt, lime peel, and French-style dressing.  
  • Baste over the turkey during the last 30-minutes of cooking.  
  • Baste with glaze and pan juices every 10-minutes of cooking.
