Tex-Mex Skillet Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 - fresh boneless thick center cut loin chops

Salt (to taste)

Pepper (to taste)

1-1/2 - cups salsa

Cilantro (garnish)
Directions
- Season chops with salt and pepper to
taste.
- In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, you want to add
the chops.
- Cook until you brown one side, then turn.
- Add the salsa and bring to a boil.
- Reduce your heat to simmer,
cover and cook for 8 minutes or until done (internal temp 155°F).
Garnish with cilantro.
Picnicking &
Tailgating
Make a day or two ahead. Heat (on stove or in
microwave) before leaving. Pour into a thermal container and serve
when you reach your destination.
